Kruba Subin Sumaytaso was formerly a Buddhist novice of Wat See Pa Doo at Chiang Mai province. He grew up learning meditation and magic from many guru monks in Thailand. He was ordained at the age of 20 at Wat Ban Pol in Chiang Mai province and became an expert in concentration of mindfulness.
Aside from that, Kruba Subin was also a disciple of Kruba Inkaew of Wat Pah Ngae, Kruba Noy of Wat Ban Pong, Kruba Chaiyawong and Kruba Duang Dee - who himself was among the last disciples of Kruba Srivichai. All the aforementioned monks are very knowledgeable on the subject matters of Dharma and Visha and had taught Kruba Subin the arcane secrets of magical arts.
Kruba Subin was conferred the monastic title of Phra Kru by the Sangha Council in Thailand on 5 August 2010.
